I Have a Passion for Music
It's all I can do. But I can do it with enthusiasm. I've played with a bunch of groups, like my old job, The Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra. (I loved that job, by the way... the pit is one of my favorite places to be.) I've played in some fantastic halls. Like, the Kennedy Center. The Papermill Playhouse. The Shed at Tanglewood, Avery Fisher/David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center. Oh, and Carnegie Hall. (And I got there by telling the taxi driver, "Take me to Carnegie Hall stage door!" Seriously!)

OnstageThis is onstage with the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra at Lincoln Center. I'm sitting with my friend Ted Ackerman, center left. This is truly one of the best jobs I ever get the pleasure to play. If I showed you a picture of me in the pit, you'd be like, you... play THERE?!
Ruby & Ariel - Music Therapy DogsSeriously. Therapy dogs. They don't have a degree but they are living proof that sometimes you can be good at a job just by being yourself.

Winter Opera PerformanceAnd here is a nice picture of my friend Diana Hessinger (right), who hooked me up with this nice little opera job. We played Mozart's "Abduction from the Seraglio" with Opera Theater Montclair, and it was a blast. Plus this is a very nice picture of my cello.
